S.A.N is a peer-led voluntary community group offering support and friendship to parents, carers and individuals who have additional needs.
During school term times we meet to support each other, signpost and we also host a range of speakers and coffee mornings for families living in Neath County Borough area and beyond to help empower each other.
We also aim to improve the health and happiness of our members by accessing external courses and have experience of delivering our own. We also organise regular well-being sessions for our members.
Our group is unique and we aim to be welcoming and inclusive to all people needing support whether an autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD or physical impairment. We strive to provide a safe space for parents and carers in the community so they can get support and not feel alone whether that is as an individual self identifying with a condition, those awaiting diagnosis via a diagnostic pathway or those with a diagnosed health condition.
We meet during term times – every Wednesday 10am-12:00 at Bryncoch Community Centre,
Main Road , Bryncoch SA10 7TT. Map
